Return Policy and Checkout+

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. U.S. exchanges are free, up to two exchanges per order, and returns for store credit are always free. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and orders placed with store credit are eligible for store credit only.

If your order includes Checkout+, eligible U.S. and Canada returns for refund, exchange, or store credit are free. Without Checkout+, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. International orders outside Canada are not eligible for free returns or exchanges; to begin an international return, please contact tyler@ryssa.co. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached. Last chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to deny returns that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional checkout add-on that includes package protection and free return shipping for eligible U.S. and Canada returns. If you purchase Checkout+, you can return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost. If you do not purchase Checkout+, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to start a return
Visit our Returns Center and enter the email address used for your order, or your order number and shipping zip code. You’ll then be guided through the return or exchange process and receive a shipping label by email.
